Overview
At Nixie Clock Store, we specialize in nixie tube clocks and handmade electronic products produced in small batches. Each item is carefully assembled, tested, and packed before shipping.
If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Please contact us before sending any item back. Return instructions are provided individually.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Items damaged due to improper use or modification
- Sale or discounted items
- Digital or downloadable products
- Gift cards
Because our clocks are electronic devices and often handmade, we cannot accept returns for change of mind unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the problem
We will assess the case and offer a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Processing times depend on your payment provider and bank.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the return is approved.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service
